Questions? We've got you
What size pet fits in the pouch?
The pouch is made for small pets up to around 4 kg (9 lbs) — think chihuahuas, yorkies, pomeranians, maltipoos, kittens and puppies.
Is it safe for my pet?
Yes, when used sensibly. Always support your pet with your hands when standing or walking, leave the zip partly open so their head is out, and never leave them unattended in the pouch.
Can I wear it without my pet?
Absolutely. Zip the pouch closed and it's just a super-soft, oversized teddy-fleece hoodie with a front hand-warmer pocket.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Don't tumble dry on high heat — air drying keeps the fleece fluffy.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free and tracked worldwide. Orders are processed in 2–5 business days and typically arrive 6–10 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking link by email.
What if it doesn't fit?
You're covered by our 30-day happiness guarantee. Email us and we'll help you exchange or return it. See our refund policy.
