30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you and your pup to love your Cuddlepaws. If you're not happy, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags/packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn with a pet inside the pouch cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to start a return
Email us at cuddlepawsnet@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
